The added value of ATTEST

You may already capture your Teams voice calls however, when your other Teams interactions – meetings, camera footage, security and access control – need also to be recorded for evidential, compliance, or other administrative purposes, this may pose you problems. Microsoft Teams calls

ATTEST can record your 1-to-1 Microsoft Teams calls using your PC, laptop, Teams desk phone, or the Teams mobile app.

Microsoft Teams meetings

ATTEST can record your Teams group meetings from your PC, laptop, Teams desk phone, or the Teams mobile app.

Audio & Video

In additon to recording Teams voice only conversations and meetings, ATTEST can also record both audio and video channels in a video call, two-way video SIP Intercom interactions, and your Teams connected IP cameras. This is particularly invaluable for security and emergency applications where your staff may be required to wear body cameras.

Compliance recording

Using ATTEST with Microsoft Teams enables you to turn on the “compliance recording” functionality. Also, you won’t require an additional recording solution for mobile calls, and as ATTEST is centrally configured by your Administrator, your employees aren’t required to remember to enable call recording.

Connected IP devices

ATTEST can record connected IP devices, such as Intercoms, Speakers, Pagers, Cameras, Body Cams, Visual Alerters, Microphones, Amplifiers, Bridges, Gateways, Audio Decoders, Audio Interfaces, etc.

Shared screen content

When you screen share during Teams calls or meetings, this will also be recorded and archived, and can be replayed from the ATTEST Replay application within Teams.

SECURING YOUR RECORDINGS

 

UNIQUE ENCRYPTION KEYS

Each customer has its own unique encryption key and is under your control (key management).

RECORDINGS ARCHIVED IN AZURE BLOB

Your recordings are centrally stored in Azure Blob Storage, a familiar and highly secure, and redundant environment (ZRC).

DEDICATED ENCRYPTION KEYS

The encryption keys for securing your recordings are unique to your organization and under your complete control  (key management).

AUTHENTICATION

All recordings made with ATTEST are signed to ensure their authenticity.

USING MICROSOFT AUTHENTICATION

Authentication with Azure Active Directory and role-based access control (RBAC). Use your existing Microsoft logon credentials to access the ATTEST Admin Portal and fully manage user privileges within the ATTEST Replay app.

CONFIGURABLE ARCHIVE RETENTION

You configure the archive duration period to meet your own requirements.

AUDIT TRAIL

ATTEST provides you with full tracebility on user interactions with your data. e.g. what calls have been replayed, who replayed them, etc.

NO HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE REQUIRED

You only need a Microsoft M365 Business, M365 Enterprise, or O365 license to get ATTEST up and running.

COMPREHENSIVE SEARCHES

Your calls can be searched and retrieved using metadata, such as date/time, duration, direction, participants, keywords, as well as geo-location and facial recognition.

Calls can be retraced using a powerful search engine, which can use call data (time, duration, direction, media-type, etc), participants, (transcribed) text, location and even facial recognition.

User Interface integrated with Teams

ATTEST is accessed via Microsoft Teams app fully integrated with your standard work environment.

Search & Replay

The Microsoft-integrated ATTEST Replay app allows for easy access to your recordings, audio-only or with video.

User Management in Microsoft Azure Active Directory

Our user management is integrated in Microsoft Active Directory so you have full (RBAC) control in a familiar place.

Keyword Spotting

Find and retrieve calls by using specific keywords or phrases within your recordings, or use call transcription as a basis for automating detailed speech and text analysis of all of your communications.

Facial Recognition

ATTEST opens up the possibility of using Microsoft Cognitive Services, which allow you to facial recognition with your interactions, making search & replay actions easier.

Graphical Call Marking

Who said what and when during a call; you can visualise the interaction based on either the participants or remarks made within a conversation.

Search Optimisation

All data contained with ATTEST is categorized and indexed, ensuring Fast & Easy Search & Replay.

SEARCH BY GEO-LOCATION

ATTEST allows for the recording of additional information, such as GPS data, so that you can re-trace the actual movement within interactions.
